
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Mercy is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about helping patients and their families. As an OT, you will assess and treat patients with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and psychological impairments in order to address function and quality of life. You will provide individualized patient interventions, develop individualized treatment plans, and evaluate outcomes.Required qualifications include:• Must hold current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Missouri• Must be certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)• Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Must have experience in providing patient/family education and consultation• Must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamIf you have a passion for helping others and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families, Mercy is the place for you. Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and psychological impairments • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments • Evaluate outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly • Provide patient/family education and consultation • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings • Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals • Keep detailed and accurate patient records • Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines

Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Therapy
