Mercy is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for providing compassionate, quality care to all patients. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Nursing and be licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Additionally, the NP must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or medical office setting. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and test results.
- Follow established protocols and protocols for adequate patient safety and care.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor the patient's response to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families about their diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in medical care.
