  1. Develop and maintain partnerships with employers to understand their workforce needs and identify potential job opportunities for program participants.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate job fairs, networking events, and workshops to connect program participants with employers.
  3. Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract qualified individuals to the program and provide information about available resources and support.
  4. Collaborate with educational institutions and training providers to ensure program participants have access to relevant education and training opportunities.
  5. Create and implement program curriculum and resources to support program participants in achieving their career goals and advancing in their chosen fields.
  6. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to program participants, including resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program participants, employer partnerships, and program outcomes.
  8. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback from stakeholders.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and workforce development best practices to continuously improve the program and services offered.
  10. Act as a liaison between program participants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Represent the program at community events and meetings to promote awareness and build relationships with potential partners.
  12. Manage program budget and resources, ensuring all expenses are within budget and align with program goals and objectives.
  13. Provide reports and updates to program funders and stakeholders to demonstrate program impact and outcomes.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Mercy to leverage resources and support for program participants.
  15. Uphold Mercy's mission, values, and ethical standards in all interactions with program participants, employers, and community partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Development Or Talent Acquisition.

  • Knowledge Of Missouri Workforce Development Programs And Regulations.
