Mercy is seeking an experienced and qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about providing excellent patient care.To be successful as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Mercy, you must possess an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field and must be certified or have the ability to become certified as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. You must have a comprehensive understanding of laboratory operations and be able to demonstrate knowledge of various laboratory tests and procedures. You must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.In addition, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You must also be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
