  16. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  17. Maintain and order medical supplies as needed.
  18. Collaborate with other departments and outside organizations as necessary.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  20. Uphold the mission and values of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program Or Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama).

  • Prior Experience Working In A Pediatric Setting, With Knowledge Of Child Development And Age-Appropriate Medical Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Compassionately And Effectively With Pediatric Patients And Their Families.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems And Proficiency In Medical Billing And Coding.

  • Current Cpr Certification And A Thorough Understanding Of Infection Control And Safety Protocols In A Healthcare Setting.
