Job Description

As a Manager of Nursing Business Operations at Mercy, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing operations.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to nursing operations.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and efficient use of resources.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Management, Budgeting, And Strategic Planning.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Policies, As Well As Experience Managing Compliance And Quality Improvement Initiatives.
