Job Description

As the Manager of Food Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients, visitors, and staff receive nutritious and delicious meals during their stay with us.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the food services department, including meal preparation, service, and inventory management.
  2. Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients, while also considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  3. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
  4. Manage and train a team of food service staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  5. Work closely with other departments to coordinate meal service for patients with special dietary needs.
  6. Monitor and track food service budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  7. Maintain relationships with food suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in food service management, and make recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among food service staff and other departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Food Service Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Diverse Individuals.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Ability To Maintain A Safe And Sanitary Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
