- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to various departments and individuals within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages to designated recipients.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supply levels and restocking as needed.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Mail Room Clerk, Materials Management Job At Mercy Would Be A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Perform Clerical Duties Effectively.
Knowledge Of Mail Room Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Would Have Knowledge Of Mail Room Operations, Including Sorting, Distributing, And Tracking Mail. They Should Also Be Familiar With Various Types Of Mail Equipment Such As Postage Meters And Address Label Machines.
