Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid License As A Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) In The State Of Missouri. This Ensures That They Have Met The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice As A Nurse In The State.

  • Minimum Education Requirement: Mercy Requires Candidates For The St Louis Float Pool Lpn Position To Have Completed An Accredited Lpn Program. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Quality Patient Care.

  • Clinical Experience: Candidates For This Position Must Have At Least 1 Year Of Clinical Experience As An Lpn. This Experience Can Be In A Variety Of Settings, Such As Hospitals, Clinics, Or Long-Term Care Facilities. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Handle Different Patient Needs.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Lpn In The St Louis Float Pool, The Candidate Will Be Working With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals And Caring For Patients From Different Backgrounds.
