Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid License As A Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) In The State Of Employment.
Experience In Pediatric Care: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Work Experience In A Pediatric Setting, Demonstrating A Clear Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Challenges Of Caring For Children.
Excellent Communication Skills: Lpns At A Pediatric Clinic Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Both Young Patients And Their Parents Or Guardians. The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Compassionately Is Essential.
