
LPN - Cardiovascular Consultant

- Provide exceptional care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Utilize expertise in cardiovascular treatment and management to assess, plan and implement patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Keep abreast of latest developments and advancements in cardiovascular care.
- Act as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff.
- Continuously assess and improve quality of care provided to patients.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to infection control and safety measures to prevent the spread of illness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Current Lpn Licensure In The State Of Practice
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Cardiovascular Nursing
Advanced Knowledge And Training In Cardiac Care And Treatments
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members
Ability To Maintain Accurate Medical Records And Provide Detailed Patient Education On Cardiac Conditions And Treatments
