  1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance from Mercy.
  2. Conduct intake interviews with clients to gather important information and assess their needs.
  3. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to individuals in need.
  4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  5. Organize and maintain client records and documentation.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand the services offered by Mercy.
  7. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure clients receive the appropriate services and resources.
  8. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, policies, and procedures related to client services.
  9. Ensure that all intake procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving services for clients.
  11. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and provide additional support as needed.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in all aspects of the job.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve the intake process and overall client experience.
  15. Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to intake and client services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience With Conducting Intake Assessments And Coordinating Care For Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With A Diverse Population.

  • Knowledge Of Community Resources And Services To Assist Clients In Accessing Necessary Support.

  • Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Adhere To Ethical Standards In Handling Sensitive Information.
