  10. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare data management and privacy.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues.
  12. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of informatics strategies and goals.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes and systems.
  15. Comply with organizational policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Computer Science, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Data Analytics And Healthcare Information Systems

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Health Records (Ehrs) And Healthcare Data Standards (E.g. Hl7, Fhir)

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Turn Data Into Actionable Insights

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
