- Serve as the main point of contact for patients seeking fertility treatments at Mercy, providing a warm and welcoming environment for all individuals and couples.
- Coordinate and manage the entire fertility journey for patients, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Collaborate closely with reproductive endocrinologists and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Educate patients on the various fertility treatment options available, including risks, benefits, and success rates, and provide emotional support throughout the decision-making process.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and insurance companies to facilitate timely and accurate billing and insurance coverage for fertility treatments.
- Stay current on advancements and developments in the field of reproductive medicine and incorporate new knowledge and techniques into patient care.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their partners, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face during their fertility journey.
- Participate in patient education and marketing initiatives, such as informational seminars and workshops, to raise awareness about fertility treatments and services offered at Mercy.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Women's Health Or Fertility Care
Knowledge Of Fertility Treatment Options And Procedures
Experience In Patient Education And Counseling
