  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational efficiencies and improve patient outcomes within the Primary Care Performance division.
  2. Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the division, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
  3. Collaborate with other department heads and senior leadership to ensure alignment of goals and objectives across the organization.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
  6. Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the division.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the division's operations and initiatives.

  14. Stay updated on changes in healthcare policies and regulations and ensure compliance within the division.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Director Of Operations Must Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, As Well As Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Achieve Organizational Goals.

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: As Mercy Is A Healthcare Organization, The Director Of Operations Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Primary Care Industry, Including Current Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.
