  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for construction projects in alignment with Mercy's mission and vision.
  2. Oversee all aspects of construction operations, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify project needs and ensure projects meet the needs of patients, staff, and the community.
  4. Supervise and provide guidance to project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the healthcare industry.
  6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions.
  7. Manage project budgets and timelines, and report progress to senior leadership.
  8. Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the construction team and promote a safe work environment.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support project goals and objectives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Provide leadership and mentorship to construction team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
