This Experience Will Also Showcase The Candidate's Ability To Engage With Diverse Populations And Build Relationships With Community Members.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Community Health Workers Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With A Variety Of Individuals, Including Community Members, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Trust And Relationships Within The Community.
