  1. Operate and manage the organization's communication systems, including telephone, paging, and email systems.
  2. Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  4. Manage and distribute messages and calls to appropriate personnel.
  5. Monitor and respond to emergency calls and follow established protocols.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and messages.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to communication systems.
  8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication flow.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all communication with professionalism.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to all callers and visitors.
  11. Stay updated on organizational policies and procedures and adhere to them at all times.
  12. Assist with training new communication service operators.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
