Clinical Social Worker

Mercy is looking for an experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. With strong interpersonal and organizational skills, you will provide high quality clinical interventions to patients and families to understand and address their social, emotional, and psychological needs. You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure successful patient outcomes, while providing support and guidance to the families we serve. To be successful in this role, you must possess a master’s degree in social work with a clinical specialty and be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of practice. 4. Monitor patients’ progress and adjust interventions as needed.
5. Document patients’ progress and any changes in interventions.
6. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families.
7. Keep up to date with new developments in the field of social work and clinical interventions.
8. Adhere to all legal and professional standards and regulations.
