Clinical Social Worker

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and detail-oriented Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Mercy and help us make a positive difference in our community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to clients in accordance with Mercy’s standards of care. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who is knowledgeable about the current trends and best practices in social work. The ideal candidate must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, a current license as a clinical social worker, and at least two years of post-graduate clinical social work experience. Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical social work services to clients in accordance with Mercy's standards of care.
2. Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients’ needs and goals.
3. Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided and outcomes.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care for clients.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
7. Advocate for clients and provide emotional support.
8. Educate clients and their families about mental health issues.
9. Lead group sessions and provide individual counseling.
10. Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in social work.
