- Oversee and coordinate all clinical pharmacy operations within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize medication therapies and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective use of medications for patients.
- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff, including training and mentoring.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals and healthcare trends to inform decision making.

- Stay updated on new developments and advancements in the pharmacy industry, and make recommendations for implementation as needed.
- Represent the pharmacy department in meetings and committees, advocating for patient-centered care and promoting best practices.

Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution
Current And Active State Pharmacy License
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Pharmacy Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting
Board Certification In Pharmacotherapy (Bcps) Or Other Relevant Specialty Certification
Strong Clinical Knowledge And Expertise In Areas Such As Medication Therapy Management, Drug Interactions, And Patient Counseling
