We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in the Trauma Neuro ICU and Med Surg ICU.   1. Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff in the Trauma Neuro ICU and Med Surg ICU.
  2. Train and mentor new nurses, ensuring they are knowledgeable and competent in providing care for trauma neuro and medical surgical patients.
  3. Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and procedures in trauma neuro and medical surgical nursing.
  5. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of nursing staff to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted education.
  6. Serve as a resource and consultant for nursing staff, providing guidance and support on complex patient cases.
  7. Develop and maintain educational materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
  8. Organize and facilitate skills workshops and simulations to enhance clinical skills and competency.
  9. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a collaborative and coordinated approach to patient care.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Trauma Neuro Icu And Med Surg Icu

  • Certification As A Clinical Nurse Specialist (Cns) Or Nurse Educator (Ne) Preferred

  • Strong Communication And Teaching Skills, With Experience In Developing And Delivering Educational Programs And Materials For Nurses And Other Healthcare Professionals.
