  1. Develop and implement education and training programs for healthcare professionals within the organization.
  2. Identify learning needs and create educational materials and resources to address them.
  3. Collaborate with clinical staff to provide ongoing education and support for new and existing clinical processes and procedures.
  4. Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to engage and educate healthcare professionals.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into education and training programs.
  7. Assist in the orientation and onboarding of new healthcare professionals.
  8. Serve as a resource and mentor for clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors to enhance educational opportunities.
  10. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  11. Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor education budgets and resources.
  12. Maintain accurate records of education and training activities for reporting purposes.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to education and training.
  14. Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Serve as a positive role model for colleagues by demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Current Licensure As A Registered Nurse In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Experience In Teaching, Curriculum Development, And Program Coordination.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Healthcare Professionals At All Levels.
