  1. Develop personalized meal plans for patients based on their individual health and wellness goals.
  2. Utilize strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy to provide evidence-based recommendations for patient care.
  3. Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education on healthy eating practices.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current research and trends in nutrition to provide the most effective recommendations.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  7. Empower and motivate patients to make positive changes in their diet and lifestyle.
  8. Provide counseling and support to patients with dietary restrictions or medical conditions requiring specialized diets.
  9. Work closely with food service staff to ensure patient meals meet dietary guidelines and restrictions.
  10. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  11. Serve as a resource for colleagues and healthcare professionals on nutrition-related topics.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set forth by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and state licensure requirements.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of nutrition programs and services.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all infection control protocols.
  15. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Dietetics, Nutrition, Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Registered Dietitian (Rd) Certification From The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr).

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Clinical Dietitian In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Current Evidence-Based Nutrition Guidelines And Ability To Develop Individualized Nutrition Care Plans For Patients With Various Medical Conditions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Educate Patients On Proper Nutrition And Lifestyle Choices.
