  1. Oversee and lead the nursing department to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to the community.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and maintain the quality of patient care.
  3. Collaborate with other department heads to promote a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and community partners to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  5. Develop and monitor department budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
  6. Stay updated on current healthcare regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
  7. Hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain a competent and motivated team.
  8. Create and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and ensure patient safety.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development for nursing staff.
  10. Act as a liaison between the nursing department and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Serve as a role model for ethical and compassionate leadership, promoting the organization's mission and values.
  12. Handle any conflicts or issues within the nursing department in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote the organization and its services.
  14. Analyze data and use it to make informed decisions to improve departmental operations and patient care.
  15. Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff and take necessary actions to address any performance issues.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Executive Role.

  • A Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field, With A Preference For Candidates With A Doctor Of Nursing Practice (Dnp) Or Doctor Of Philosophy (Phd) In Nursing.

  • Demonstrated Success In Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Resource Allocation In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, With A Strong Understanding Of Accreditation And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Proven Ability To Foster A Culture Of Collaboration, Mentorship, And Professional Development Among Nursing Staff.
