
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Mercy is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing compassionate care to our patients. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with a passion for helping others. Our CNAs work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.The successful candidate must have a valid CNA certification, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a health care setting, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the successful candidate must have a genuine desire to care for our patients and help them achieve their health care goals.
Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to all of Mercy’s patients.
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing medical care and treatments.
- Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, and adhere to Mercy’s policies and procedures.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient care area.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
- Remain up to date on all current practices and procedures in the healthcare industry.
Current Cpr Certification
