Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Maintain patient safety and wellbeing.
- Ensure all care meets established standards of practice.
- Foster a warm and caring environment for patients, families, and visitors.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
