Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care and create a positive environment for patients and their families.
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Work independently and as part of a team to respond quickly and effectively to patient needs.
4. Follow all health care regulations and protocols.
5. Maintain current CNA license in good standing.
6. Monitor and observe patient conditions and document changes in patient health.
7. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
8. Assist in mobility and transferring patients.
9. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as changing linen and cleaning patient rooms.
10. Respond to patient call lights in a timely manner.
