Responsibilities:

-Provide quality care to patients and their families in a fast-paced environment -Possess current certification as a CNA -Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families -Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical practices and procedures -Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting -Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the medical team -Document patient care in electronic health records -Observe and report any changes in the patient’s physical and emotional condition -Perform other duties as assigned
