  1. Utilize your carpentry and painting skills to maintain and enhance our facilities, creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  2. Build and install cabinetry, fixtures, and other structures according to building codes and safety regulations.
  3. Use your keen eye for detail to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard of craftsmanship.
  4. Repair and maintain structural damages, including drywall, flooring, and roofing.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
  6. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  7. Take initiative to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  9. Continuously learn and improve your skills to adapt to new projects and techniques.
  10. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
