Do you have the expertise and compassion to work as an Anesthesiologist at Mercy? We’re looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a board certified Anesthesiologist with a passion for providing quality patient care. The Anesthesiologist will administer anesthetics to patients and monitor their condition during medical procedures. This position requires a deep understanding of the human anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities of an Anesthesiologist at Mercy:

  1. Administer anesthetics to patients prior to medical procedures.
  2. Monitor patients’ vital signs and vital functions during medical procedures.
  3. Educate patients and their families on the risks and benefits of anesthesia.
  4. Develop and implement post-operative recovery plans.
  5. Develop and maintain anesthesia protocols.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advances in anesthesia technology and techniques.
  8. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  9. Respond to medical emergencies in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
