4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
5. Document patient care and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
6. Provide patient education regarding pre- and post-operative care, anesthesia techniques, and potential risks and side-effects.
7. Remain current on best practices and advances in anesthesiology to ensure quality patient care.
8. Participate in research activities and initiatives to contribute to the field of anesthesiology.
