We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veeva Vault QMS Lead to join our Quality Management team. As the Veeva Vault QMS Lead, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) using Veeva Vault, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in Quality Management and experience with Veeva Vault.   1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) using Veeva Vault.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for the QMS.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and procedures related to the QMS.
  4. Train and educate employees on the use of Veeva Vault and the QMS processes.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for Veeva Vault related inquiries and issues.
  6. Monitor and analyze QMS data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Veeva Vault and QMS.
  8. Implement and maintain document control processes within Veeva Vault.
  9. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QMS processes and procedures.
  10. Prepare and present reports on QMS metrics and performance to management.
  11. Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Veeva Vault.
  12. Ensure proper training and onboarding of new employees on Veeva Vault and the QMS.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the QMS to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Keep accurate records and documentation related to the QMS and Veeva Vault activities.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on Veeva Vault and the QMS for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Extensive Experience With Veeva Vault Quality Management System (Qms) Implementation, Configuration, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Quality Standards, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Qms Professionals.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Computer Systems Validation And Data Integrity Principles, With Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Audits.
