Utility Technician – Stationary Engineer

1. Maintain and troubleshoot various utility systems, including HVAC, steam, compressed air, and water systems.

11. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to prolong their lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
12. Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
14. Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
15. Adhere to all company and industry standards and regulations.
16. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production and maintenance goals.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
