  1. Provide strategic direction and scientific expertise to support the portfolio of products in the United States.
  2. Serve as a key leader within the Medical Affairs organization.
  3. Develop and implement medical affairs strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in the healthcare industry, specifically in the US.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, commercial, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and integration of medical affairs activities.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  8. Oversee the development and implementation of medical education and communication programs for healthcare professionals.
  9. Represent the company at scientific and medical conferences, meetings, and other events.
  10. Provide scientific and medical support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and market access.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of medical affairs professionals.
  12. Monitor and analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  13. Drive scientific innovation within the company and support the development of new products.
  14. Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency in medical affairs strategies and activities.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting the organization's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Md, Phd Or Pharmd.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Medical Affairs.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Us Healthcare Landscape And Regulations, Including Understanding Of Fda Guidelines And Compliance.

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Leading Teams And Developing Strategic Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Key Stakeholders Including Healthcare Professionals, Regulatory Agencies, And Internal Teams.
