As the Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing strategic insights to support decision making.   1. Analyze and forecast financial performance for the US managed markets business.
  2. Identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic insights to support decision making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans and strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform financial projections and recommendations.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial and government payers.
  7. Participate in the development and review of pricing and contracting strategies for managed markets customers.
  8. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  9. Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Stay informed of changes in the US healthcare landscape and adjust financial strategies accordingly.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on financial analysis and forecasting.
  12. Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to managed markets.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align financial plans with business objectives.
  14. Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Us Managed Markets And Government Pricing Strategies And Regulations

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Develop Complex Financial Models
