1. Operate and maintain production equipment and systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production.
4. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and equipment maintenance.
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.
7. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure best practices are implemented.
9. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
10. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure production goals are met.
13. Take ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects assigned.
14. Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
15. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
