  1. Utilize expertise in downstream manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement and support production operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  3. Analyze data and identify trends to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for downstream manufacturing operations.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of improvements.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in downstream manufacturing processes.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members on downstream manufacturing processes and improvement methodologies.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Act as a representative for the Downstream Manufacturing Improvement and Support team in cross-functional meetings and projects.
  12. Maintain a high level of quality and compliance in all processes and procedures.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
  14. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  15. Take on new challenges and drive impactful change to support the success of cutting-edge pharmaceutical products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Downstream Bioprocessing, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Process Improvement Projects And Implementing New Technologies In Downstream Manufacturing.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
