Job Description

At Merck & Co., we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Specialty Sales Representative that will bring enthusiasm and creativity to our team. The ideal candidate needs to have a passion for developing relationships with customers and the drive to exceed sales goals. The Specialty Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Additionally, the Specialty Sales Representative must possess strong knowledge of our product offerings and the ability to effectively convey that knowledge to our customers. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, two to five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, and an extensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales, the ability to create meaningful customer relationships, and the capability to take initiative.
