
Specialty Sales Representative
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Specialty Sales Representative to join Merck & Co. and be part of our dynamic and growing Sales team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and generating sales. This role requires a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or related industries. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, as well as a strong sales track record and a strong understanding of Merck & Co.’s products, services, and offerings. This person should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to manage customer relationships. The Specialty Sales Representative will be expected to develop and maintain sales plans, identify and develop new professional relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role will require a high degree of self-motivation, creativity, and autonomy, as well as the capacity to take initiative and work collaboratively with a team.
