  1. Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures for the laboratory department.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Collaborate with laboratory staff to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in laboratory processes.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials.
  6. Train laboratory personnel on quality control processes and procedures.
  7. Participate in the validation and qualification of laboratory equipment and methods.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
  9. Communicate and report quality assurance metrics and findings to management.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  13. Respond to and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  14. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and respond to inquiries.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to laboratory personnel.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Quality Assurance Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Conducting Audits And Inspections, As Well As Developing And Implementing Quality Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
