1. Design and implement the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the CMDB and Discovery processes meet business needs.
3. Maintain and update the CMDB and Discovery processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is available for decision-making.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to the CMDB and Discovery processes.

9. Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to ensure accurate and complete data is captured in the CMDB.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in CMDB and Discovery technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on the status of the CMDB and Discovery processes.
12. Collaborate with external vendors as needed for CMDB and Discovery-related projects.
13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
14. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
15. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the CMDB and Discovery processes and make recommendations for improvement.
