Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, Or Physics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Calibration And Instrumentation Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Calibration And Validation Principles, As Well As Regulatory Compliance Requirements (E.g. Fda, Cgmp).

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Perform Complex Calibrations And Resolve Technical Issues Independently.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Junior Technicians And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
