- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
