Senior Statistical Programmer, Late Stage Development

We are looking for an experienced Senior Statistical Programmer to join our Late Stage Development team at Merck & Co. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and validating statistical analysis programs. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for programming and a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and excellent knowledge of SAS and R programming languages. Familiarity with database design, standards, and management techniques is also desired. We are seeking an individual who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
