  1. Collaborate with a team of scientists and researchers to analyze and interpret complex clinical trial data.
  2. Use statistical programming expertise to support the development of life-saving medicines.
  3. Ensure accuracy and quality of statistical analyses and results.
  4. Utilize programming skills to generate tables, figures, and listings for clinical study reports.
  5. Develop and maintain efficient and standardized programming processes.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
  7. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in statistical programming.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior programmers.
  9. Work closely with biostatisticians and data managers to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  10. Participate in project team meetings and contribute to decision-making discussions.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues as they arise.
  12. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  13. Adhere to company and regulatory guidelines for data handling and reporting.
  14. Contribute to the writing and review of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and other study-related documents.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Statistical Programming In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Expertise In Sas Programming And Proficiency In Other Statistical Software (E.g. R, Python).

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Statistical Analysis Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
