  1. Lead and oversee process engineering projects to ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of production processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Utilize process engineering expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to production processes.
  4. Develop and implement process validation protocols and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and quality of production processes.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and production teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  7. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and batch records.
  8. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source and implement new technologies and equipment to improve production processes.
  10. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements in process engineering and make recommendations for their implementation.
  11. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports on project status.
  13. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and within budget completion.
  14. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Process Engineering Within The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Gmp Regulations And Industry Standards

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading Process Improvement Projects And Implementing New Technologies

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams
