As part of our Clinical Supply Chain organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of investigational products for our clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, utilizing your expertise in trade compliance and supply chain operations to support our global clinical supply needs. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of trade regulations and experience managing trade systems within a clinical supply setting.   1. Analyze and ensure compliance with global trade regulations for the timely and efficient delivery of investigational products for clinical trials.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support global clinical supply needs.
  3. Utilize expertise in trade compliance and supply chain operations to optimize processes and systems for global clinical supply trade.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to facilitate smooth trade operations.
  5. Monitor and report on trade system performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact clinical supply delivery.
  6. Implement and maintain trade system enhancements and updates to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain trade compliance training materials for internal teams and external partners.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies.
  9. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on trade compliance and supply chain operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in trade regulations to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements for trade operations.
  12. Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to global clinical supply trade systems.
  13. Communicate updates and changes in trade regulations to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Manage and resolve any trade-related issues or disputes with external partners.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in trade operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Clinical Supply Chain Management And Trade Compliance.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Trade Regulations And Import/Export Processes.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Trade Systems And Technologies, Such As Sap Gts Or Oracle Gtm.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Relationships With External Partners And Vendors.
