  1. Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital manufacturing projects across multiple Merck & Co. facilities worldwide.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion and delivery of projects within budget.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Drive innovation and optimization of manufacturing processes through the implementation of cutting-edge digital technologies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to support project execution.
  8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for digital manufacturing.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital manufacturing, and incorporate them into project strategies.
  11. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  13. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Digital Manufacturing Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Capital Project Management Processes And Methodologies

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Digital Manufacturing Projects From Conception To Completion

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
