  1. Conduct research and experiments to develop and optimize biologics production processes in support of drug development and commercialization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to support decision-making and project progression.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on biologics development and production to support project teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality drugs.
  4. Develop and implement new technologies, techniques, and methodologies to improve biologics production processes and increase efficiency.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to biologics production, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  6. Mentor and train junior scientists on biologics production techniques and laboratory procedures.
  7. Collaborate with external partners, such as CROs, to support biologics development and production activities.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in biologics production to drive innovation and enhance the company's competitive position.
  9. Contribute to the preparation and review of technical documents, including protocols, reports, and regulatory filings, to support drug development and commercialization.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  11. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on biologics production activities, progress, and challenges.
  12. Comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Biopharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Biologics Manufacturing Processes

  • Ability To Design And Execute Experiments, Analyze Data, And Troubleshoot Technical Issues

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
